After a very successful 2018 season both on an off the field, the Kalamunda Rugby community is eager for the start of the 2019 season. If you know of players or volunteers, please share the club’s story, recent successes and encourage them to get involved.
This year, all player registrations must be online and paid in full (a Rugby Australia requirement). No player will be able to play unless registered and financial. All registrations are via Rugby Australia’s Xplorer application. At the time of registration, you will be required to pay in full or use ZIP PAY enabling you to establish a credit facility whilst registering. The players membership options are now all active for you to register via https://myaccount.rugby.com.au.
The Club has three non playing membership options available and encourages anyone associated with the Club to register and become a formal member of the Club. Increasing membership numbers not only helps the Club financially, it also helps us when we have to negotiate with Council or Government as our membership who see membership numbers as a key metric for grants.

2019 membership fees have had to increase after being stable for the last 2 years. This is because RugbyWA has increased fees for seniors, Rugby Australia (RA) has added insurance fees to U5 & U6 age groups and the Club has had to increase fees to cover an underestimated GST component on fees charged. The new fee schedules are on the Club notice boards and listed in Rugby Xplorer. The senior fees are current as of today, however the RA is still negotiating with the insurers and have not yet set the insurance component of fees for 2019. If members have not registered or paid in full when final fees are agreed, any additional costs will be passed onto members. We encourage all players to register and pay as soon as possible to ensure that you are not required to pay a higher insurance levy.
