Under 20 Carnival

The under 20 carnival concluded with two wins
and a loss to WA. Kalamunda RUFC representatives Conrad
Gillingham and Valeni Tiatia enjoyed the extra
experience and can add three games to their representative CVs.Conrad played in the centres against the Vics. Is this a hint for his development

Conrad confused the Vics by wearing #13 and playing #12!
In addition to the representative U20s, Kala were represented in the
“Barbarians” team by Saula Fifta, Elliot Proud, Tommy Watts, Kyle Skiba and Ben Baker. Kyle Skiba had a mighty game and Ben put in a typically robust performance,trucking it up from the back of the pack. The solid performance of our barbars under the difficult “Wellington” conditions underlines the importance of the second grade to a strong
first team. Some players have had limited chances at the higher level and showed they
are ready for promotion when the opportunity arises.
