We're delighted to announce Life Member and former Kala Head Coach/DoR Josh Heke will join our coaching team as an assistant coach for the 2026 Premier Grade season. With his extensive experience playing professionally in France and NZ, Josh is set to bring a new level of intensity to our forwards

We are proud to announce the appointment of Murray Sturt as our new Premier Grade Head Coach for the 2026 season. Hailing from the Bay of Plenty region of New Zealand, Murray brings with him a wealth of International coaching experience. Please join us in welcoming Murray and his family to the Bullpen.

We are looking forward to a successful 2026 both on and off the field.

Congratulations to one of the Club’s old boys, 1st grade player, life member, former President (amongst many other committee positions held) - Trevor Cook, for being awarded Life Membership of RugbyWA & for Being re-elected to the Rugby WA Board.

Trevor joins Foundation Member John Suckling and Julie Skiba who have previously been granted Rugby WA Life Membership.

Rosie McGehan Selection for Barbarians U17 - 7's	Rosie McGehan Congratulations to our very own Rosie McGehan on her selection in the University 7s Rising Stars! We wish you all the best!	Trilleen Wallaroos: Our very own Trileen Pomare continues her success playing for the Buildcorp Wallaroos. Trilleen started as no 10 against New Zealand in the Pacific Fours, followed up with appearances in the 2022 European tour in England during November. Trileen has now achieved 21 caps for the Wallaroos.

Jack Tooth Please join us in congratulating our loyal skipper @jackweir97 who is set to play his 100th Kalamunda Premier Grade game this weekend. After joining the club in 2016 Jack quickly established himself as one of our best 9’s to ever wear the red & black.

ABORIGIONAL ARTIST of the YEAR – RUNNER UP Congratulations to Kevin Bynder the aboriginal artist who designed the Kalamunda Bulls Indigenous Jersey. He has just been awarded the 2021 Aboriginal Artist of the Year runner up. The custom designed limited edition jerseys designed by Kevin, along with the original artwork are to be auctioned off after the NAIDOC / Indigenous Round being held on July 3rd.
